Situated within minutes from the main swimming beach and river, Pringle Beach House is a cosy self-catering holiday home ideally located in the coastal town of Pringle Bay. This secluded property is an ideal option for a peaceful and tranquil getaway with family and friends.
This property can accommodate a total of 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All 3 bedrooms are furnished with a double bed but only 1 of them features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, washbasin and toilet. The remaining 2 bedrooms share the second bathroom fitted with a shower. All linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a central breakfast island with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfy seating, a fireplace and a TV. Guests are required to bring their own DStv decoder and smart card. Additionally, there is a 6-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together.
The kitchen opens onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and braai facilities. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property and have full access to the washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage.
