Description
Situated on the Pringle Bay lagoon, Pringle Beach Retreat is a beautiful holiday home set on a 23-hectare property of indigenous fynbos and features direct access to the lagoon through a 200-year-old milkwood forest.
This double-storey memorable property can accommodate up to 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms as well as a guest toilet and a guest bathroom fitted with a shower. Each bedroom is spacious and furnished with a king-size bed which can be converted into 2 single beds on request. Each bathroom is fitted with a shower but 1 of these bathrooms includes a bath. A hot outdoor shower is also available. All linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan first level of the house features a beautiful kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a wine cooler. Leading from the kitchen is a 14-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together and the lounge has comfy seating and a fireplace. There is a downstairs TV lounge with a fireplace and 2 single sleeper couches suitable for children. Access to free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The outside of the house features a swimming pool, a braai on the ground level as well as a braai on the top covered patio. The surrounding forest has hammocks which is an ideal spot for guests to relax with a reading book. There is a kayak and SUP for guests' use.
