The most peaceful place to visit for families with children and pets. We stayed in the most beautiful stone cottage at the foot of the Outenikwa mountains for 2 nights. Elize, our hostess, was very friendly and helpful. Even gave us 4 large freshly baked chocolate muffins on our arrival, delicious. We were 3 adults, one 9 year old boy and 2 dog kids in a 2 bedroom cottage. The braai facilities are fantastic and each cottage has its own secluded lawn where the dogs can frolic. The hiking trails on the farm leave you gasping for breath, not because they are difficult, but because they set the tone for nature so beautifully. We can't wait to visit again.
