We recently had the pleasure of staying at Prosperita, a self-catering accommodation in Ballito, Durban, and it was a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations. One of the standout features of this accommodation is its impeccable cleanliness. From the moment we walked in, we could tell that cleanliness is a top priority. The living spaces, kitchen, and bathroom were spotless, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. It's evident that the hosts take great care in maintaining a high standard of hygiene. The self-catering facilities were well-equipped, allowing for a hassle-free stay. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, making it easy to prepare meals. While the accommodation is self-catering, it didn't lack in amenities. The thoughtful inclusion of essentials like WiFi, a comfortable bed, and adequate storage space enhanced the overall experience. The attention to detail in providing these amenities contributed to the comfort and functionality of the space. The combination of a clean and well-maintained space, coupled with its proximity to amenities, created a perfect balance between convenience and comfort. A perfect getaway. A home away from home. Gretha is the sweetest host, she is very warm and makes you feel welcome!

Most amazing time. Gretha, our host, went out of her way to accommodate us, and make us feel welcome! Upon our arrival, she took us through the house and explained everything to us. We had everything we needed in the unit, already there, provided by Gretha. From smarties and choccies to welcome us, to water and milk in the fridge! Even tea, coffee, sugar and rusks! The unit is fully equipped with everything you may need! The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and despite the humidity, we slept great because both rooms had aircon! we enjoyed the view of the ocean whilst sitting in the lounge! Cannot recommend Prosperita enough! Will definitely return.
