Description
Quascateer is beautifully positioned on The Island in Great Brak River. The house faces the river and is ideal for families to relax around a crackling fire whilst the kids play on the lawn. The house offers a private jetty to launch your own canoe, throw a line to fish or simply dive off and enjoy a swim in the river.
This home comprises 4 bedrooms in the main house. Two of the bedrooms are situated upstairs with a double bed in each. The other 2 bedrooms are located downstairs, one with a single bed and the other with 3 single beds. There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a separate guest toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and stove, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, ice maker and outside the kitchen you'll find a washing machine, 2 fridges, and a chest deep-freeze. This is a spacious home with an open-plan dining and lounge area leading onto the beautiful lawn and outdoor braai area. WiFi is available on request.
Next to the main house is a flat with its own entrance. Has a double bed and a small room interleading off it with a bunk bed for the kids. The flat has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. A bar fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave, along with access to the stunning braai area can be provided.
There's also an outdoor shower with the option of hot and cold water, the perfect way to finish your day after a lengthy float down the river.
