Went with high expectations but was disappointed. Was my 2nd visit to Qwantani. The storage fee is then R150 and not R75 as on the reservation. Previous visit was food for my soul, but this time there was no view of the pond and trees and neighbors around for the same expense. There was also a function in the lapa and a noise over a loudspeaker until late at night without us being informed about it. Only 3 large plates, but can sleep 6. Stove and toaster did not work properly. Faucets in bathroom cannot open properly at sink. Winter dovets in summer. Never informed there is free WiFi and not on reservation either. Went to enjoy the beauty and tranquility again, but was disappointed. Would appreciate seeing location of chalets before booking again. Resort is neat and would love to go again.
