Not in a good area, and not catering for clients' basic needs - toilet paper.

No toilet paper in toilets, no bottled water, coffee, tea or sugar. No electric sockets in bedroom for use of hairdryer. No mirror in bedroom.

Thank you very much for your review.

We apologise for your not-so-good experience; however, I would like to express that our property is full self-catering accommodation, whereby most clients will bring everything for themselves. We have never experienced any challenges, as the property is in town and is situated within walking distance to a 24-hour operational town for one to get things as and when needed. Having said that, we also, as per COVID requirements, prefer to refrain from supplying bottled water (teana amenities), unless the client requests it. We will look into improving to suit our clients.
