Rhodes Cottages - Firefly is a charming self-catering cottage situated in a quiet corner at the edge of Rhodes Village. This cottage is an ideal getaway for families or fishermen wanting to spend a few days in the village, or for travelers passing through en route to other destinations.
The cottage can accommodate 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds while the remaining 2 bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. Guest shares 2 bathrooms both fitted with a bath and shower. Additionally, electric blankets are provided to keep guests warm through the chilly winter months and heater panels are available.
The open-plan living area features comfortable seating, a cosy fireplace, a dining table, and a kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, and coffee- and tea-making facilities.
Wi-Fi is available for guests' convenience. Guests can relax on a patio and enjoy uninterrupted views over fields and towards the Bell River and the mountains. Braai facilities are available and covered parking is provided.
The property is located next to the village rose garden. It’s an easy stroll to walks along the Bell River or to the nearby swimming hole. Guests can visit the village and enjoy dining at local restaurants or visit the popular galleries. During the winter months, guests might have the unique opportunity to admire snowfall in the area, adding to the charm of this tranquil retreat.
