Very nice old house with all the amenities needed. Feels like going back in time (in a good way). Very nice stay at Freestone, with a beautiful, picturesque view from the master bedroom and the house is bigger than I expected. There is no WiFi, but we took our own router and the reception was very good in Rhodes. The person who cleaned was very thorough and she did a really good job.

We booked this house as it has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 10 people (other family members would have joined us for Christmas), so in that light, it would be good value for money. Although it has a good location, we did find the unit very 'let-down' and dirty. It is probably a very old house, which we can understand has some challenges, but the stove is a very old gas stove and very dirty inside. We washed all cutlery etc just as precaution again. The loose carpets on the very slippery (beautiful) wooden floors caused for a couple of near falls and will be disastrous for the elderly. The huge fridge/freezer didn't close properly, so the freezer is not really doing its job. The whole house just needs some TLC and then it will be great again.

Lovely spacious, cozy and comfortable house. Freestone house is nicely located on the side of the town with nice views of the mountains and fields. The house is very well equipped and we lacked nothing. Very nice farm kitchen and enough space in the house for our group of 7 people without stepping on other people's toes.
