Riverglades Unit A offers comfortable accommodation in a self-catering duplex situated in the tranquil area of Ramsgate, the beach and lagoon are only 200 m away.

The duplex apartment is ideal for families, and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on the upper floor. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and the third bedroom has a tri-bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom and a single bed on top. The second and third bedrooms share the second bathroom. One bathroom is fitted with a shower and the other has a bath. The main and second bedrooms share a small balcony area, and are equipped with tea- and coffee-making facilities and a small bar fridge for convenience.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer for convenience. The lounge has comfy couches and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels and opens onto a small patio area. Wi-Fi is available.

Where guests enter the property there is an enclosed courtyard area, with a patio table and gas braai for guests' use. This courtyard area is ideal for those wanting to bring along 2 small dogs by prior arrangement.

There is a lock-up garage as well as 1 open parking bay allocated to this apartment.

The apartment has either ceiling or standing fans in all the upstairs bedrooms, as well as in the lounge and dining areas. There is an air-conditioning unit at the entrance.
