Comfortable and peaceful. Very nice stay, was kindly received. The room was spacious and tidy, just a bit cold, but heaters helped. Beautiful bathroom.

Service at Riverside guesthouse was terrible. On arrival, I was told that there was no booking for me. I had to call the travel agent with my own phone to try and arrange. The room was not suitable for couples. I had to pay extra money to get a so called better room. In that room there was no tea or coffee it was just room to sleep. I paid R850.00 for bed only (its very expensive). Breakfast was extra R100.00 pp. Not happy with the service at all. Attitude of the receptionist leaves much to be desired.
