The friendliest staff I have seen in a very very long time!

Absolutely painless!

A good stay overall.

Felt safe with secure access and very neat. Comfy beds. TV channels had problematic connectivity; had to call reception, who assisted in connecting me.

Overall I was happy, felt safe and comfortable. The atmosphere is serene, peaceful and beautiful. I suggest a proper signage at the entrance to the lodge as I missed the turn on the right and more dinner options.

Close to the N3 and city, clean, friendly and helpful staff, good food, value for money.

You can see the lodge from the highway, making it easy to find when you arrive. I felt comfortable that there was good security for the site. The reception and other staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, taking time to talk to me to make sure I was comfortable and happy. The breakfast and supper service had variety and was good value for money. The room, though small, was adequate and kept clean. I'll be back next time I'm in Pietermaritzburg.

Die diens was puik. Kamers was elke dag skoon en het vars geruik. Ek sal enige een aanbeveel om hiernatoe te gaan. Wow!

Puik en baie sentraal geleë vir besigheid in Pietermaritzburg.

Derde keer daar gebly en tevrede met alles.

Was nie baie by die kamer nie.

Het ongelukkig Sondagaand nie warm water gehad om te stort nie.

Baie goed.

Dit was baie netjies en was goed vir wat ons dit nodig gehad het. Ons was 'n groep professionele atlete en maak ons eie kos. Die lodge se kombuis was te klein, so ons sal volgende keer maar eerder by 'n self-catering bly. Maar baie dankie.

Slaap altyd lekker as deur die webtuiste bespreek.

Aand voor Comrades het die hotel vir elke gas 'n energy bar, water en briefie in kamer gelos. Net so 'n spesiale gebaar.

Met die minimum spasie en road lodge geriewe het die personeel uit hul pad gegaan om dit vir almal aangenaam te maak. Hul was 24 uur oop by ontvangs vir die drawwers - heeltyd water reg gehad. Diens uit die boonste rakke!

If we could be told everything e.g. we didn't know that they serve dinner, we would not have gone out.

No lifts. No hand towels in bathroom. No phone directory in rooms for internal contact. Very, very basic accommodation.

Ligging is wonderlik, elke personeellid was behulpsaam en vriendelik, kamer was netjies en skoon. Dit is meer georiënteerd vir sakereisigers en nie vir familie-opset nie.
