Very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay very much, however the administration and checking in and out is extremely tedious, and for some reason unnecessarily complicated. The apartment has everything you need and is well located. The welcome gift was much appreciated.

Wasn't happy with the service and some things in the apartment. It was a pre birthday weekend. I wasn't happy at all. The ice trays weren't clean, warm water wasn't that warm, room was filled with smoke from a braai, don't know where it came from.

Hi Stacey, Again my sincere apologies that your birthday was not what you wished for. Till today, we could not establish where the braai smoke came from but received confirmation from others around the building that they had the same issue during this Heritage weekend. We really wished that we could have accommodated your last minute check in time change that you requested the day of check in but the day was already scheduled according to your original preferred time of 17:30. We always try and be as accommodating as possible with last minute changes but that day it was just not possible without neglecting others on their confirmed times.
