Cast Away @ Romansbaai is on a new and luxurious estate about 6 km outside Gansbaai. The house was newly built in 2023 and offers breathtaking views over the fynbos. The house is built in the shape of a square with a lawn and a swimming pool in the middle of the square. The house has an open-plan living area with large windows and sliding doors that can open to all sides of the house.
This tasteful house sleeps 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The open-plan living area has a lounge area, dining area and a kitchen. The dining area has a dining table with seating for 10 and a built-in braai. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery and crockery. The lounge area has comfortable seating, a coffee table and a TV.
Free Wi-Fi is available. The house offers direct access to a private beach, with various watersports such as stand-up paddleboarding and swimming. The estate also boasts wildlife such as springbok, eland and zebras that roam freely between the houses. The estate is safe, fenced and has 24-hour security. Guests can walk or jog on the estate.
The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a lovely bath, large walk-in double shower with sliding doors that can open to the outside with a view of the fynbos. The master bedroom also has large sliding glass doors on both sides that open to the outside. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet and a basin. This room also has large sliding glass doors that can open to the outside. The last bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet and basin. This room also has large sliding glass doors that can open to the outside. Quality linen and bath towels are provided. Guests must please bring their own swimming towels.
