House Rules

A copy of the guest's ID must be provided.

Audley Gardens complex enforces a strict no-noise and no-party policy. Quiet hours are as follows:
Sunday through Thursday from 22:00 to 06:00
Friday through Saturday from 22:00 to 08:00

Normal check-in times are between 14:00 and 18:00 on the day of booking. Guests are asked to confirm their arrival time, as the hosts are not based on site. Late check-ins can be arranged if necessary, but prior notice is required.

Check-out is required by 10:00 on the day of departure.

Audley Gardens is a secure complex with 24-hour security and controlled access.

Parking is limited to a maximum of two vehicles. Motor homes, large trailers, or commercial vehicles cannot be accommodated due to the narrow driveway.

As the apartment is located in a peaceful setting, guests are asked to respect their neighbours.

Pets are not allowed in the Audley Gardens Complex in accordance with body corporate regulations.

All damages must be reported prior to departure.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but guests are welcome to smoke on the upstairs deck or the patio off the main bedroom.

Any illegal activity on the premises will result in the immediate termination of the guests' stay.
