Beautiful property and fantastic staff made for a truly memorable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended. The staff at Rosenhof Country House went out of their way to make our stay extra special and enjoyable. Highly professional and hospitable. A big thank you to Jean-Pierre, Tanya, Mandisi who received us, and the great team who make Rosenhof Country House a truly special place to stay.

Top guesthouse. I didn't use the fancy lounge or library or restaurant but they impressed.

All smiles and superb service from everybody at Rosenhof From the smile at entering the gates on arrival to settling up on departure every staff member encountered was smiling, pleasant to chat to and unobtrusively attentive to every request. Having on previous visits to Oudtshoorn eaten at many of the towns better restaurants I can now say I have eaten at the best of the best - Rosenhof. The dinner choices, the wine list, the service were all superb in every manner. Rosenhof is a place to linger, to unwind, to relax with a good book and most of all to savor the experience of tranquility. I had one niggle with a shower drain, it was fixed properly the same day and all was well. I cannot recommend Rosenhof highly enough.
