Very basic and unfortunately not a cozy spot as we expected. The room was clean, but the premises need some renovation. Our room's roof started to collapse, the water from the shower didn't work and unfortunately the power was also still out. I was looking for a quiet place to stay, Rosenhof was it! I dont get much time off work and also have an ageing Jack Russell. Finding Rosenhof being a pet friendly place was a blessing, as I just wanted a really chilled weekend. The proprietors and the Lady in charge - Poppie are so friendly and the room very comfortable and clean. Once I had checked in they called to see if all was in order and recommended places to eat. Quiet but place needs attention/maintenance. Room neat and clean. Was received by the housekeeper/maid at the kitchen door and taken through the kitchen to our room. The front door was locked all the time and not being used. Exterior, especially the pool, needs attention.
