Description
Rus-en-Roes is a family holiday home that is rented out to holiday goers throughout the year, ideally located in Buffels Bay. The main part of the house was build in the 1960 and has recently renovated and refurbished.
The main house comprises of 3 bedrooms; a main bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed, and two bedrooms furnished with two single beds in each. There is a bathroom fitted with a walk in shower, toilet and washbasin, and an extra toilet and washbasin, there is also an outside shower that can only be accessed from the outside. The house has an open-plan lounge and dining area with a well equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, oven and stove, which opens up to an outside braai area that overlooks the ocean. There is basic laundry facilities, an outdoor braai and a Weber, as well as secure storage for bicycles and surfboards in the laundry area.
