The only service that the guest required was to book in later, and later, and later until they arrived at 02:00 on Saturday morning. I entertained all her WhatsApps even after 19:00 until 02:36 on Saturday morning. I made arrangements with her regarding where to find the key upon their arrival at a very late hour. She did not request any further services thereafter.
