Description
Neil is a lovely self-catering holiday home situated in the heart of the quiet area of Ramsgate. This is a great option for a coastal getaway as this home boasts lovely ocean views and is within walking distance from the main beach.
This property can comfortably accommodate 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the other 3 bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. A bath, shower, washbasin and toilet are available in both bathrooms. All linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels. The house has 5 000 litre backup water supply.
The spacious living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a dishwasher. Leading from this kitchen is a dining space with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfy seating and a TV with DStv.
The upstairs area comprises comfortable seating and can be used as a private office area. The sliding doors open onto a balcony with great ocean views and is a lovely quiet spot for both a morning coffee and a sundowner. Downstairs opens onto a patio and lush green garden space with a Weber braai. Beauty, our permanent housekeeper, cleans the house and does washing and ironing in our on site laundry. She can assist with the preparation of meals if required and her cost is included in the daily rate.
