Fabulous lodge in close proximity to Paul Kruger Gate Kruger Park. Fabulous gem tucked away but very convenient to the Paul Kruger Gate to Kruger Park. Our river view chalet was beautifully appointed with a very comfortable bed and lovely en suite bathroom. Lovely views out to the river from the pool deck, which must be fabulous in the summer months. Highly recommend this lodge. The dinner was wholesome and served piping hot, which is a plus. They even bake their own bread.

Great location and comfortable bed, but bathroom flooded. Super convenient and stunning location along the Sabie river. Self-catering facilities were great and bed was amazingly comfortable, also appreciated the mosquito net. Our bathroom flooded after we both showered and it was not drained for use for later that evening or the next morning by the time we checked out at 10 am so we had to use the breakfast area's communal bathroom to brush our teeth etc. which wasn't ideal. Faster response times there would be the only suggested improvement, so value for money and customer service are rated lower than 5 stars this time around.

Little piece of heaven. Sabie River Bush Lodge is a little piece of heaven where one can just sit back, and relax while listening to the soothing sound of the hippos and watching them play. We had a great time, rested well and really enjoyed the meals! We went to have a good rest at Sabie River Bush Lodge for 5 days. We stayed in the luxury Tent no 1. It was a feast with your own private bathroom and kitchen. Nice view from the porch - enjoyed the pool a lot too. We would love to go there again in the future for sure. From there we entered the Kruger National Park. The staff is friendly and washed our car every day.
