Two-story residence located in the picturesque Voëlklip area of Hermanus. It features three tastefully appointed bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for up to six guests. The first two bedrooms of the house are furnished with cozy queen size beds, while the third bedroom offers two comfortable single beds. The first bathroom is complete with a relaxing bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The second bathroom features a shower only.
The main living area of the home encompasses a well-appointed kitchen with a gas stove. A cozy lounge featuring a smart TV equipped with a variety of streaming apps for endless entertainment. And a welcoming dining room. A fireplace has been thoughtfully provided to keep you warm and toasty during chilly winter evenings, while a washing machine and dishwasher are on hand to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Furthermore, the property is fitted with an aircon and comes with beach towels, and WIFI, all included for your convenience.
A secure garage is available on the property for parking one car, with an additional carport provided for an extra vehicle. The house is equipped with an 8kW inverter and a 15kW battery system, complemented by multiple solar panels, providing a nearly off-grid experience. Power outages should not impact your stay in any way and ensure a hassle free holiday.
