San Lameer Splash is a multi-level villa situated in the tranquil San Lameer Estate, a premier golfing estate in Southbroom.
This 3-bedroom villa has an entrance on the ground floor and can accommodate 6 guests. The air-conditioned bedrooms, as well as the bathrooms, are located on the second floor of the home. Bedroom 1 has a double-size bed and with an ensuite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. Bedroom 2 and 3 has 2 single beds and has a shared bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, a stove, an oven, a microwave, and a washing machine. The living area offers a 6-seater dining table, a comfy lounge suite, and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. Wi-Fi is also available to guests. The house opens onto a sheltered patio which has an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai area. Guests are given a parking space on the estate, and the villa is directly across from a coin-operated laundry facility.
The estate offers a hotel with a spa as well as a restaurant, an 18-hole golf course, a bowling green, tennis courts, squash courts, 2 swimming pools, a lagoon with paddle boats, birding trails, a mountain bike trail, and direct access to a beach with lifeguards.
