Description
San Lameer Villa 10312 is an exclusive self-catering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurants and bars, villas and direct access to 2 blue flag beaches.
This villa can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms. All 3 bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds that can be converted to Kings upon request. All 3 ensuite bathrooms are fitted with both a bath and shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available too. Leading from the kitchen is a dining area where guests can enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfy seating and a TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
The living area opens onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai which is a great spot for a sundowner while admiring the views of the leafy surroundings and golf course. An extra Weber braai is also available. Secure parking is available close to the villa.
Relax at the estate's communal swimming pools or enjoy the communal braai areas and hiking trails. San Lameer also offers expansive leafy surroundings, gardens for picnics, a children’s play area, bicycles for hire, a fishing dam and a bird viewing dam.
