San Lameer Villa 10413 is an exclusive 1-bedroom self-catering unit located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 blue flag beaches.

This air-conditioned villa can accommodate 2 guests and comprises a bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available too. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfortable seating and a TV with DStv.

This living area opens onto a spacious patio with a table and chairs as well as a built-in braai which is the perfect spot for a sundowner in the evening while admiring the views over the estate.

Relax at the estate's communal swimming pools or spoil yourself with beautiful views.
