Description
San Lameer Villa 13924 is an exclusive self-catering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 blue flag beaches.
This villa can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds. These 2 rooms each have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower in the one and a bath and a shower in the other. The third bathroom also has a bath and a shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The air-conditioned living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher and washing machine are available. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. The cosy lounge space has comfy seating and a TV with DStv.
Additionally, this home has a second lounge space with comfy seating and a built-in braai. Outside, there is a sunny wooden deck with an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai which is a great spot for guests to enjoy some quality time together while enjoying a braai. This wooden deck leads down to a lovely swimming pool area.
Relax at the estate's communal swimming pools or spoil yourself with beautiful views. San Lameer also offers expansive leafy surroundings, gardens for picnics, a children’s play area, bicycles for hire, a fishing dam and a bird viewing dam. Guests can also enjoy the communal braai areas and hiking trails.
