Description
San Lameer Villa 14117 is an exclusive self-catering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 blue flag beaches.
This villa can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both of these rooms feature an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. Another 2 single beds are available in the third bedroom which makes use of the third bathroom which has a shower-over-bath. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The air-conditioned open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher is available too. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a TV with DStv. Access to Wi-Fi is available. There is a small inverter for the TV and DStv.
The living area opens onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai which is a great spot for a sundowner while admiring the views of the leafy surroundings. Additionally, this villa has a wooden deck and an inviting splash pool. Access to secure parking is available.
Relax at the estate's communal swimming pools or spoil yourself with beautiful views. San Lameer also offers expansive leafy surroundings, gardens for picnics, a children’s play area, bicycles for hire, a fishing dam and a bird viewing dam. Guests can also enjoy the communal braai areas and hiking trails.
