San Lameer Villa 14208 is an premier self-catering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 blue flag beaches.
This air-conditioned villa can accommodate 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms and a guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features a full en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. The third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, ice machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a coffee machine. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available too. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge and a dining table with ample seating for guests to enjoy their meals together. Downstairs is a TV lounge with comfy seating as well as a second dining space. For guests’ entertainment, free Wi-Fi and DStv are available as well as a pool table and a table tennis table are included in this vila.
This living area opens onto a spacious patio with an outdoor dining table, sun loungers and a built-in braai which is a great spot for a sundowner in the evening while the fire is burning. This property also spoils with an inviting swimming pool and outdoor shower for guests to enjoy.
Relax at the estate's communal swimming pools or spoil yourself with beautiful views. San Lameer also offers expansive leafy surroundings, gardens for picnics, a children’s play area, bicycles for hire, a fishing dam and a bird viewing dam. Guests can also enjoy the communal braai areas and hiking trails.
