Good stay, poor pans and pots. Great stay, however, missing TV in main bedroom and poor cooking pots and pans. We had burnt food daily.

Fantastic place. I would have appreciated it if San Lameer had informed us, the day we booked, that the unit above us and next to us was undergoing repairs. We would definitely have booked another unit then.

Disappointed. San Lameer, and villa 1928, is a beautiful holiday destination. Sadly the noise and disturbance from a nearby villa negatively impacted our stay. We complained 3 times to security, the problem continued, and we did not sleep for 2 nights. We have not received any feedback from San Lameer as yet.

Had a wonderful stay. Unit very comfortable, clean and tidy. Resort is a bit neglected and definitely needs paint and maintenance. Cleaning services are not automatically included although the price should definitely include them. There is no communication with guests about how things work and what is available when you check in. Rest was very nice and I will definitely go back again. Spa was closed for restorations - was not notified in advance at all.
