Description

San Lameer Villa 2017 is an exclusive self-catering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 blue flag beaches.

This villa can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third room has 2 single beds. A shower, washbasin and toilet are available in the second bathroom. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available too. Leading down from the kitchen is a lounge with comfy seating and a TV with DStv. Access to Wi-Fi is available.

This living area opens onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai which is a great spot for a sundowner while admiring the views of the leafy surroundings. A Weber braai is also available. This patio also has direct access to a lush green garden. Access to secure parking is available.

Relax at the estate's communal swimming pools or spoil yourself with beautiful views. San Lameer also offers expansive leafy surroundings, gardens for picnics, a children’s play area, bicycles for hire, a fishing dam and a bird viewing dam. Guests can also enjoy the communal braai areas and hiking trails.
