Description
San Lameer Villa 2203 is an exclusive self-catering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora, and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant, and bar; luxury villas, and direct access to 2 blue flag beaches.
This villa can accommodate 2 guests at a time and comprises 1 air-conditioned bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels. There is an additional bedroom with 1 bunk bed ideal for children.
The air-conditioned open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a dishwasher. Situated in the kitchen is a dining table with seating for guests to enjoy their meals together. The cosy lounge has comfy seating, a flat-screen TV and a small inverter for the TV and DStv.
This living area opens onto a covered patio with a lounging corner, an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai which is a great spot for a sundowner in the evening while the fire is burning.
Relax at the estate's communal swimming pools or spoil yourself with beautiful views. San Lameer also offers expansive leafy surroundings, gardens for picnics, a children’s play area, bicycles for hire, a fishing dam and a bird viewing dam. Guests can also enjoy the communal braai areas and hiking trails.
