Description
San Lameer Villa 2301 is an exclusive self-catering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 blue flag beaches.
This tastefully designed villa can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The first and second bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed. These bedrooms use a shared bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The air-conditioned living area features a lounge, a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, tea- and coffee-making facilities and cutlery and crockery. The dining area is furnished with a dining table suitable for 6 guests. The lounge area is furnished with a comfortable lounge suite, a coffee table, board games and a TV with DStv. There is an additional workspace available in the villa and free Wi-Fi access is available.
The living area opens onto a covered verandah, boasting stunning views of the sea and leafy surroundings. This verandah features a comfortable outdoor lounge suite, a free-standing Weber braai, and a dining table suitable for an al fresco dining experience. The patio has grass access and is close by the water .
Villa is equipped with an inverter for the TV , DSTV and WiFi , as well as a water tank . There is a washing machine and tumble dryer located in the courtyard at the entrance to the villa .
Access to free secure parking is available.
Relax at the estate's communal swimming pools or spoil yourself with beautiful views. San Lameer also offers expansive leafy surroundings, gardens for picnics, a children’s play area, bicycles for hire, a fishing dam and a bird viewing dam. Guests can also enjoy the communal braai areas and hiking trails.
