San Lameer Villa 2305 is an exclusive self-catering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 blue flag beaches.

This villa can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The other 2 bedrooms both contain a double bed and share the second bathroom which has a shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The air-conditioned living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher and washing machine are available. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge space with comfortable seating and a TV. This space also has a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together.

Outside, there is a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai which is a great spot for guests to enjoy some quality time together while enjoying a braai.

Relax at the estate's communal swimming pools or spoil yourself with beautiful views. San Lameer also offers expansive leafy surroundings, gardens for picnics, a children’s play area, bicycles for hire, a fishing dam and a bird viewing dam. Guests can also enjoy the communal braai areas and hiking trails.
