San Lameer Villa 2417 is located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18 hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 magnificent blue flag beaches.

The air-conditioned villa can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a separate toilet and washbasin and seperate room fitted with a shower, as well as a room with a bath and washbasin. Please note that there are a few steps in the living area from the kitchen to the lounge area, as well as to the entrance of the villa.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, boosting a gas stove, Nespresso machine, an oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble-dryer provided. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with DSTV channels and Wi-Fi. An inverter keeps the TV, DStv and lights running during load shedding.

The living area opens up onto a patio area which has an outdoor dining table and braai facilities ( gas and charcoal) .

Please note that there are a few stairs in the living area from the kitchen to the lounge area, as well as to the villa.
