Villa well-equipped for loadshedding and water shortages. Villa well furnished and very clean. Villa is fitted with UPS which supplies power to lights, fans, wifi and TV during very long hours of loadshedding. There is also a JoHo tank fitted with a pump which supplies water regardless of water shortages or loadshedding.
