San Lameer Villa 2704 is an exclusive self-catering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas, and direct access to 2 blue flag beaches.

This air-conditioned villa can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and bath. The second bedroom also has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds and share the third bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, airfryer, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available too. Leading from the kitchen is a dining area where guests can enjoy their meals together. A second fridge is also available. The lounge has comfy seating and a TV with DStv. Access to Wi-Fi is available.

The living area opens onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai which is a great spot for a sundowner while admiring the views of the leafy surroundings. An extra Weber braai is also available. Access to secure parking is available. As well as a water tank
