Description
San Lameer Villa 2812 is a self-catrering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 blue flag beaches.
The air-conditioned villa can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and washbasin. The other 2 bedrooms are either furnished with a double bed or 2 single beds. The remaining bathroom is fitted with a bath, toilet and washbasin. All linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The living area features a lounge, dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, tea- and coffee-making facilities and cutlery and crockery. Furthermore, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests' convenience. The dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs and is air-conditioned. The lounge area has comfortable couches, a small table, TV and Wi-Fi.
Through the sliding door is a patio that comprises a comfortable outdoor lounge suite, a small table, a built-in braai, a dining table with 5 chairs and boasts a view of the garden. Guests also have access to a communal braai area located on the estate.
