Description
San Lameer Villa 3003 is a fully furnished and equipped self-catering villa, located on the popular and safe San Lameer Golf Estate. The villa is private and well-kept and is ideal for a holiday with family or friends.
The villa is loadshedding-friendly and equipped with a battery UPS system for the TV, Wi-Fi and general lights. The kitchen has a gas stove and there are backup battery lights throughout the house.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and is built over 3 levels. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a lounge area, and a patio. Two of the bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms, and the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes an oven, a microwave, a fridge, and a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The villa has a lovely open-plan area that contains a TV with selected DStv, that opens to the patio area. There is a large tiled patio with outdoor furniture, and canvas sides that can be enclosed in colder weather. The patio leads to a wooden deck with lovely views over the lagoon. A housekeeper services the unit daily, at no additional cost.
