San Lameer Villa 3204 is an exclusive self-catering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 blue flag beaches.

This tastefully designed villa can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and makes use of a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The living area features a lounge, a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, tea- and coffee-making facilities and cutlery and crockery. The dining area is furnished with a dining table suitable for 6 guests. The lounge area is furnished with a comfortable couch, a coffee table and a TV with DStv.

The living area opens up onto a covered verandah, which boasts stunning views of the leafy surroundings. This verandah features a comfortable outdoor lounge suite, a built-in braai, and a dining table suitable for an al fresco dining experience. This villa is equipped with a water tank. Access to secure parking is available.
