Description

San Lameer Villa 3314 is located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18 hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar, luxury villas and have direct access to 2 magnificent blue flag beaches.

The villa can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and a living area. The main bedroom contains 2 single beds, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom also contains 2 single beds, and has a private bathroom with a shower, toilet and a washbasin. Toilet paper and soap are provided for the day of arrival, and guests please need to bring their own beach towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stove, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine, and a tumble-dryer are also available for guests to use. The dining area has seating for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a TV with selected DStv channels and Wi-Fi .

The living area opens onto a patio which has an outdoor seating area with lovely views of the surrounds and braai facilities .
The villa is equipped with a water tank and small inverter to run the TV and Wi-Fi .
