San Rock Guest House's features bathrooms and bedrooms with underfloor heating as well as rooms with durable carpets and ceiling fans. All linen and towels are provided. The bathrooms are equipped with electric shaving points.

Secure parking facilities are available for 4 vehicles, 2 of which are in a garage and the other 2 parking facilities are located behind a sliding gate within the yard. There is also an alarm system in place for security. Guests have access to free Internet. There is also a generator supplying backup power to the property as well as backup water supply.
