SANParks Haak-en-Steek Rest Camp is situated in the Mokala National Park. Mokala is SANPark’s newest park, located approximately 70 km south-southwest of Kimberley, and west of the N12 freeway to Cape Town. Nestled in the hills, Mokala's landscape boasts a variety of koppieveld hills and large open plains.
The Haak-en-Steek Rest Camp offers just 1 rustic self-catering cottage, tucked away in the bush with unspoilt views over the nearby watering hole. The cottage does not have electricity and the lights are solar powered.
The Haak-en-Steek cottage is in close proximity to the Motswedi Camping Site. Large groups of family or friends can rent the cottage at Haak-en-Steek together with the Motswedi Camping Sites.
