Santa Estate is a 2000-hectare expanse of rolling mountain grasslands, forests, rivers and dams. With 3 cosy, comfortable cottages, Santa Estate is a perfect weekend getaway destination for friends and families. Enjoy walking, bird watching, mountain biking and exploring the working cattle farm. Alternatively, curl up with a book and a glass of wine next to a wood-burning fire.
Each self-catering and serviced cottage, has a comfortable lounge with fireplace, dining room and well-equipped kitchen. Heaters in the bedrooms and electric blankets ensure you stay snug during Dullstroom's bracing winter nights. Enjoy the verandahs and braai facilities on summer evenings.
Santa Estate has a 6 km stretch of the Lunsklip River, several mountain streams, weirs and dams for swimming. Explore the farm on foot or by bike, roll out a blanket for a family picnic, look out for some of the area's endemic bird species and its unique wildflowers.
Located 12 km outside of Dullstroom and adjacent to Walkersons Hotel and Spa, Santa gives you the opportunity to get away but is still close enough to enjoy what Dullstroom and its surrounds have to offer. Fishing on Santa Estate is operated separately through the Santa Fly Fishing Syndicate.
