Heartwarming home away from home. The Savoy Hotel was a home away from home. The staff gives its guests a warm welcome. They made our stay pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate us. They provided us with much more than we expected. We had the use of the hotel's lounge and restaurant because of work we did in Beaufort West. The day manager, Xavier, was exceptionally accommodating. We had some international visitors in Beaufort West and would be recommending the Savoy.

Good enough for one night's stay. Air conditioning and TV were already on when we checked in. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and reasonably priced. Pillows and towels old and need to be replaced. Safe parking behind hotel, but very unsafe in front of hotel on street.

I will not go back to the Savoy. After an 11 hour drive, all one needs is rest. Not at the Savoy. For some reason, they started the extractor unit, which is right next to my room. The noise was unbearable.

Was great and will go again. Room was small but perfect for what I needed. Shower was a disaster though, as it had no pressure, just drops. So this needs to be looked at. Will not deter me from staying here again as it was perfect to have food and a bar available.
