Schafli Manor is the historic settlers home of the area, built on the highest vantage point of Chintsa (Cintsa) East. Schafli Manor is perfect for those looking for a different experience, with ample wild life, outdoor, lifestyle, sport and photographic opportunities.
The manor house comprises 3 en-suite rooms, sleeping 2 people in either a king-size or queen-size bed. Two of the rooms have patios, with amazing sea views inside and out. The rooms Seabreeze and Bayview have each a large en-suite bathroom, with separate seating areas and modern shabby chic seaside decor. Oyster Room is more intimate and period decorated to reflect the historic settler roots of Schafli farmhouse.
The self-catering accommodation comprises 3 units suited to accommodate 12 guests. All units come furnished with comfortable beds, an en-suite bathroom, a lounge area, and a TV with DStv. These units also come equipped with a kitchenette fitted with a fridge, microwave, stove, and oven.
All the rooms have access to the main house with a big-screen TV, a games lounge and a large swimming pool terrace.
Guests love the eclectic decor and art throughout the property, along with stupendous ocean and valley views from the spacious 6000-square metre property where guest can relax or play.
Schafli Manor is part of the Jikeleza Wild Coast route, where guests can still explore many coves and raw nature. Scavenge for shells, pebbles, shipwreck shards and sea life in the rock pools sculpted in ancient lava formations. Swim, snorkel, fish, kayak, horse ride, run or walk for miles on wide white beaches with water sports on the many rivers, lagunes and the ocean.
Schafli Manor is closed to a variety of amenities and attractions. Game reserve Inkwenkwezi 7 km, Emerald Vale craft brewers 3 km, Olive Wood golf estate 7 km, and airport only 45km, and famous family restaurant C-Club just across the road on the valley side. There are also regular art markets and music festivals in the area.
