Description
Schrikkloof Private Nature Reserve is located on a 700-hectare nature reserve in the beautiful Waterberg region.
Accommodation is provided in 8 elegantly decorated chalets and 2 suites.
These 2 suites are located on the first floor of the main lodge. Both have a private, lavish bathroom with a bath and shower. The rooms are furnished with king-size beds, a seating area, a fridge and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The north-facing balconies overlook a big part of the estate.
Three of the semi-detached chalets, Zebra, Elephant and Leopard, offer 6 beautifully decorated rooms with private entrance, private bathroom featuring a bath with a view, and an outside shower. The chalets are situated on a path leading away from the lodge. They have private parking. The rooms are furnished with king-size beds that can be converted into single beds, a seating area, a fridge and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The balconies, also north faced, offer a relaxing view of the bushveld and the water hole.
The other chalet offers 2 rooms also furnished with king-size beds that can be converted into single beds, a seating area, a fridge and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The chalet is located near the pool and the conference room.
Inside the lodge is a reception area, a dining room, several comfortable sitting areas with open fires and a well-stocked bar. Outside on the decks are dining and lounging facilities, with a wonderful view of the hills, bushveld and the waterhole. The communal Jacuzzi is available for guests to use and is situated next to the gym. Sit and relax with a nice drink and watch the many birds or see the nyala, sable antelopes, buffalo and much more pass by. Downstairs are a swimming pool table and dartboard for your entertainment. The lodge area offers Wi-Fi. A game drive is included, and additional game drives can be booked.
