Description
Sea Cottage 21 is a beachfront, self-catering duplex unit located on the Diaz Beach between Hartenbos and Mossel Bay on the scenic Garden Route. The unit is situated within close proximity to Langeberg Mall, Garden Route Casino, golf courses, restaurants, and several game farms such as Botlierskop. The Cango Caves and ostrich farms in Oudtshoorn are located 70 km away from the unit.
The unit comprises a 3 bedroom unit, a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen and lounge area, and 3 bathrooms. The ground floor features 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has 2 single beds and its own entrance. A bathroom with a bath and a shower is also located on the ground floor. A second, separate bedroom features a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and its own private entrance. The top floor houses the third bedroom which has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The bedroom leads out onto a furnished deck that has a lovely view of the sea and Seal Island. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and a water purifier. The lounge area has a TV with DSTV and a Hi-Fi.
Additional facilities include an outside braai area, washing machine, air-conditioning in the lounge area, controlled access to the pool area, controlled access to the beach, and safe covered parking for 2 cars.
Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
