SeaForever is a self-catering house at the end of a quiet cul de sac in Pennington. It's within easy walking distance of the beach, the river and great fishing spots.
The house features 3 bedrooms of which all 3 comprise a queen-size bed, the main bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom, the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. There is a guest bathroom with a toilet.
The open plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge leading onto a verandah. The kitchen features 2 fridges, a microwave and a dishwasher as well as a laundry room with a washing machine. The verandah features a seating area, table with chairs and braai facilities. Other amenities include a safe, alarm system, an automated gate and parking.
Sea Forever has a beautiful and peaceful garden, a large swimming pool and all areas have lovely sea views.
