Description
Sea-la-Vie is situated in the charming seaside village of Gouritsmond. It is a lovely retreat right across the road from the Blue Flag beach, offering a welcoming atmosphere for guests to unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The house provides a comfortable stay enhanced by the soothing sound of the waves across the road.
The house is just a very close walk across the road to the main beach. It is an ideal choice for families with its spacious layout and capacity to accommodate 6 adults and 4 children. This self-catering home features 4 bedrooms of which 3 are en-suite, and the fourth bedroom is opposite the separate bathroom. Linen is provided, but guests should bring their own beach towels.
The main and second bedrooms have queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers, basins, and toilets. The third bedroom has a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, basin, and toilet. The fourth bedroom is perfect for children and has a three-quarter bed and a unique bunk bed arrangement suitable for small children under the age of 5. The bathroom, across from the 4th room has a bath, basin, and toilet.
The living area offers comfortable couches, windows and doors that open up to a patio. The kitchen has a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, basic crockery and cutlery, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a centrally located breakfast island. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of a dishwasher and washing machine. There are indoor braai facilities in the kitchen, and the lounge has a fireplace that can be enjoyed during the brisk weather.
The house is conveniently located near great fishing spots, natural sea swimming pools, general stores, and eateries. The house is approximately 49 km from central Mossel Bay and serves as an excellent base for exploring the beautiful Garden Route.
The accommodation can be extended to 16 guests by booking The Fisheries Inn apartment which can accommodate an additional 6 guests.
