Lagoon on your doorstep and gas stove useful during load shedding. The location was amazing. You can just walk a minute or two and have your morning coffee at the lagoon. Felt very safe swimming here as the water is very shallow for a long stretch. Eateries, shops and Spar also within walking distance if you are reasonably fit.
